Spicy Tomato Ranch Dressing

 I started by following this recipe for Vegan Ranch Dressing but ended up using a few substitutions & tweaking it a little.

  • Garlic salt, rather than garlic powder & salt.
  • Fresh green onion, rather than onion powder.
  • Dried parsley, rather than fresh.
  • Dijon mustard, rather than vinegar.
  • Coconut milk, rather than soy.
  • Added two Roma tomatoes, 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast, some crushed red pepper, & a couple pinches of cayenne.
It turned out really yummy.  The only thing I'd do differently is not use coconut milk.  It gave it a bit of a sweet flavor that I didn't care for.
