I started by following this recipe for Vegan Ranch Dressing but ended up using a few substitutions & tweaking it a little.
- Garlic salt, rather than garlic powder & salt.
- Fresh green onion, rather than onion powder.
- Dried parsley, rather than fresh.
- Dijon mustard, rather than vinegar.
- Coconut milk, rather than soy.
- Added two Roma tomatoes, 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast, some crushed red pepper, & a couple pinches of cayenne.
